MY msn is getting hacked while i'm online and i dnt even knows it's happening until a friend tells me! HELP!?

This is what happened i was online then my friend said nah. And i'm like huh? i asked him what was wrong and he said that i try-ed sending him a file with porn in it and i looked but there was no file transfer on my screen. So i dunno what to do!! my acc is getting hacked while i am online with out knowing it!! i have a fire wall (norton 360) but still i scan,update AND it nothing gets done. and the thing is all my friends acc are doing while i am chatting to them and they dnt even know it's happening :(





PLZ HELP ME!!
