Banks outer skirts of london query?

im needing to transfer cash over to my lloyds tsb account by another bank. can i walk into ANY bank and do this? i have my acc number and sort code.


so i can jsut walk in and say look, i need to transfer this money to my lloyds tsb account heres the money acc number and sort code? and itll be done pretty much straight away?





cheers|||No, you will need to go to a branch of the bank you want to transfer the money from.|||as the other answer says, you need to visit a branch of your own bank. Alternatively, you could just withdraw cash from the cash machine of your bank anywhere, and then pay the cash in at Lloyds.


Or you could do it online if you have internet banking.
