Physiology question. Help!?

During transcription a mRNA is formed from the DNA template. This mRNA is then translated in the translation process using ribosomes and tRNA. If the DNA sequence was ACCAAACCG what would be the nucleotide sequence or anticodon of the transfer RNA (tRNA) for the first codon?

1. ACC

2. TGG

3. UGG

4. UGGUUUGGC

Can anyone help me with this question, I don't just want the answer but an explanation as well if possible, I want to learn it not just get the answer. Thanks :)

Note: UGG is not the answer.|||the answer is 1.ACC,

Codon of tRNA will be exactly the same as that of the template strand of DNA, with the only difference of (U instead of any T in the DNA, as tRNA is a RNA).

If you think about it, mRNA is complementary to template strand of DNA, but tRNA is again complementary to mRNA in the translation step. So you can conclude that tRNA codons must be the same as template strand of DNA.

Hope It makes sense.
