How to get the land transferred according to the will?

My grandfather had registered a will according to which his property was to be divided between his four sons. after some time My grandfather has transferred One of my uncle's share to the latter's name. My grandfather has clearly mentioned in the will that which part of the land should be given to whom. During the last year of his life my grandfather was not in his senses.Now after my grandfather's death, we have tried to get the land transferred to my father's name. But a person has claimed that my grandfather has made an agreement with him to sell the land to him and had taken twenty five lakhs.The agreement was made with the conspiracy between my uncle and the money lender as the agreement bears my Uncle's signature.The money lender has got the temporary injunction orders. Acc. to the orders the defendants( my father and uncles) has been restrained from alienating the said property. But now the tehsildar is not ready to transfer the land acc. to the will.now i want to know how to get the land transferred to the defendants and wheather my uncle can claim his share again although he has already got his share. The land is not ancestral.|||The land is not ancestral. So that property was a self earned property to your grand father. He has written a will leaving some division of property. You assume that your uncle had made some document. You have to prove that the document is not a valid one. For this you have to consult a good advocate .
