If someone has records of money transfer (from her bank acc to mine) but has no proof of communication if the money was given to me as loan or just in kind, will she able to succeed with her claim?|||It's possible.|||Legally? Maybe not.
Morally? Hell yeah. You sound like a real lowlife. Your friend helped you out when you needed money and you're going to screw her now and not pay her back? I hope you believe in karma, because this one's going to bite you big time.|||So someone helped you out and you are going to try and screw them over, huh? It depends entirely on the Judge hearing the case and how convincing she can be that she gave you a loan not a gift.
